Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for new IBs, Affiliates, and partners.
• Coordinate with Compliance teams to review and finalize onboarding documentation, agreements, and due diligence requirements.
• Configure and maintain CPA, rebate, and revenue share structures within CRM systems.
• Ensure all partner setups are aligned with commercial agreements and internal compliance procedures.
• Liaise with Finance, Sales, Compliance, and Operations departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Monitor partnership operational activities and resolve onboarding, payment, or commission-related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and partner databases.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support internal reporting and operational tracking related to partnerships and affiliates.
• Ensure adherence to AML/CFT and KYC requirements during onboarding and operational processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Partnership Operations, Affiliate Management, Compliance Operations, or similar roles.
• Experience within financial services, fintech, forex, or investment industries is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and operational workflows.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
