We’re excited to support our client in the search for a dedicated Business Intelligence & Performance Analyst  to develop and manage automated dashboards and performance reporting across the business. The role covers key areas such as sales performance, partner and IB profitability, trading results, regional and symbol analysis, and payment flows including deposits and withdrawals. It also includes preparing KPI dashboards and executive-level reports. The ideal candidate combines strong BI/SQL skills with a good understanding of brokerage metrics, and can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for management. Our client is a licensed and fast-growing Multi-Asset CFD Broker, known for fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop sales performance dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly) and analyze client conversion funnels (FTD to active).
• Monitor partner and IB performance, including profitability, commission efficiency, client quality, and payout trends, and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Analyse trading revenue and profitability by symbol, region, and client cohorts, including spreads, swaps, slippage, and expected vs actual performance.
• Track PSP and transaction flows, including deposit/withdrawal trends, payment success rates, and unusual activity patterns.
• Build and maintain BI solutions in Power BI and SQL, including data models, automated reporting, executive dashboards, and KPI alerts.

Job Requirements

• Must-Have Technical Skills:
  • Advanced SQL and Power BI
  • Strong Excel / Power Query skills
  • Experience with CRM and large-scale transactional data
  • Ability to build clear, insight-driven dashboards and reports
• Nice to Have:
  • Python for automation and analytics
  • Exposure to MT4/MT5 reporting
  • Experience in PSP/payments reporting
  • Background in brokerage, fintech, gaming, or other transactional industries
  • Experience with cohort and profitability analysis
• Business Skills:
  • Strong commercial understanding of business KPIs
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights for senior stakeholders
  • Proactive in identifying anomalies and trends
  • Strong ownership and cross-functional communication skills
