Job Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day legal matters, including agreements, corporate administration, licensing support, and corporate restructurings/liquidations.
• Liaise with regulators, service providers, and external counsel in relation to licensing and regulatory projects.
• Assist with onboarding and due diligence of vendors, partners, and service providers.
• Monitor and provide feedback on new circulars, directives, laws, and regulatory updates relevant to the business.
• Draft, modify, and implement the company’s policies, procedures, and handbooks.
• Review, negotiate, and amend various commercial agreements (NDAs, service agreements, addendums, termination agreements, etc.).
• Archive and keep relevant records/registries of basic legal documents and correspondence. 

Job Requirements

• University degree in Law, Finance or a related field.
• Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.
• Previous experience within a regulated financial services environment (CFD/FX/Crypto/Fintech) will be considered a strong advantage.
• IT literate (excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools).
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Attention to detail and quality of work.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, international environment.
