UX Writer

We are hiring a UX Writer on behalf of our client. The role involves supporting multiple digital projects, ensuring the quality and performance of both web and mobile products. You’ll work closely with the development team, carrying out manual and automated tests, identifying issues, and helping deliver reliable, high-quality releases.

Job Responsibilities

  • Write user centred copy for web and mobile experiences (including navigation labels, microcopy, instructions, notifications, and error messages).
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA, and Developers to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive and accessible content.
  • Ensure language clarity and tone consistency across all digital customer journeys, aligned with brand tone of voice guidelines.
  • Review and refine UI copy based on user testing results, analytics, and stakeholder feedback
  • Draft and maintain UX content standards, pattern libraries, and best practices.
  • Participate in UX workshops, usability sessions, and requirements discussions to advocate for content-first design.
  • Adapt copy for different customer segments and channels (Retail, Business Banking, and supporting platforms).
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to simplify regulatory content into user-friendly language without compromising accuracy.
  • Ensure accessibility and inclusivity across all digital content.

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Communications, Linguistics, Marketing, Digital Media, UX Writing, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role within digital product teams.
  • Experience writing for web and mobile in a structured, user-centred design environment.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, friendly, and actionable content.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and content strategy.
  • Experience working with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Familiarity with content management systems and tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Git-based workflows, Phrase).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify content decisions.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
