Team Leader – Business Development (Spanish Speaking)

On behalf of our client, a multi-regulated global CFD broker with over a decade of experience providing exceptional trading services and innovative solutions, we are seeking a Spanish-speaking Team Leader – Business Development to drive growth and build partnerships in the Latin American market.

Headquartered in London and with a strong presence across Asia and other global markets, our client is dedicated to expanding its footprint and strengthening its position within the Forex and financial trading industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company’s international business development strategy and regional success.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Latin America market to achieve company objectives.
  • Proactively engage with trading professionals across various platforms to expand client base and partnerships
  • Identify and leverage local marketing channels to enhance visibility and promote company products effectively
  • Focus on client onboarding and ensuring a seamless user experience for all clients
  • Promote partnerships based on existing rebate structures and maintain strong relationships with partners


Job Requirements

  • Proven experience 4+ years, in business development or sales, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in FX/CFD and online trading industry.
  • Native Spanish speaker with excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • A collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Ability to network and build lasting relationships to grow the company’s client base.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
