PSPs Specialist

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand and optimize global payment options.
  • Conduct market research to understand emerging payment trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics across target markets.
  • Identify new Payment Service Provider (PSP) opportunities to enhance the company’s payment capabilities.
  • Monitor payment success rates and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with PSPs to reduce transaction failures and improve user payment experiences.
  • Analyze payment methods preferred by users in different regions and optimize the payment mix accordingly.
  • Ensure all payment processing is compliant with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Work closely with internal compliance teams to mitigate risks and prevent fraud.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes across key markets and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Partner with customer support teams to resolve payment-related issues and improve user satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing documentation and resources to address frequently asked questions or concerns about payment processes.
  • Track, analyze, and report key metrics related to payment success, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports for management, including insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of payment data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience working with PSPs or in payment processing, preferably in multiple markets.
  • Experience in offshore FX or gambling industries is a plus.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of diverse payment methods and customer behavior across regions.
  • Knowledge of international financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
