Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to expand and optimize global payment options.
- Conduct market research to understand emerging payment trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics across target markets.
- Identify new Payment Service Provider (PSP) opportunities to enhance the company’s payment capabilities.
- Monitor payment success rates and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with PSPs to reduce transaction failures and improve user payment experiences.
- Analyze payment methods preferred by users in different regions and optimize the payment mix accordingly.
- Ensure all payment processing is compliant with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Work closely with internal compliance teams to mitigate risks and prevent fraud.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes across key markets and implement necessary adjustments.
- Partner with customer support teams to resolve payment-related issues and improve user satisfaction.
- Assist in developing documentation and resources to address frequently asked questions or concerns about payment processes.
- Track, analyze, and report key metrics related to payment success, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports for management, including insights and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of payment data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience working with PSPs or in payment processing, preferably in multiple markets.
- Experience in offshore FX or gambling industries is a plus.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of diverse payment methods and customer behavior across regions.
- Knowledge of international financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
