Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with global teams and assist in the development of new products
• Manage the end-to-end delivery cycle of product features, including roll-out to customers and across the internal team
• Responsible for the social trading platform
• Handle the data to understand how the product and features perform and suggest data-driven initiatives to improve the product and user experience
• Engage with users to get constant feedback and incorporate this into the product enhancement initiatives
• Consulting market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive
• Analyze users’ behavior and data, identify new trends, and act accordingly
• Monitor the development process and ensure compliance with schedule and timeframe

Job Requirements

• Native Japanese Speaker 
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
• 1+ years of experience in a Product Development role
• Previous experience in FX business and CFD’s industry is a must.
• Previous Experience with FXBO CRM and Brokeree products is considered an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and data-oriented
• Proactive and self-driven
• Excellent analytical skills
• Great time-management, organizational, and planning skills
