Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance-driven paid search strategies tailored to the Forex and CFD trading industry, aligned with global marketing and acquisition goals.
- Oversee the continuous development of FX-relevant keyword structures, regulatory-compliant ad copy, optimized landing pages, and segmented targeting tactics to maximize relevance, lead quality, and ROI.
- Manage and optimize daily campaign budgets and bid strategies across multiple regions and regulatory.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Paid Search Executives and Specialists, with a focus on building deep channel expertise and industry-specific knowledge.
- Build and maintain robust reporting frameworks and to provide transparent and timely campaign performance insights.
- Analyze complex performance data across multi-market campaigns to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Stay informed on the latest search platform updates, emerging trends, regulatory changes, and best practices within the performance marketing and online trading landscape.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience paid search experience managing high-performance campaigns in the FX/CFD industry.
- Proven leadership and team management experience, including coaching and developing high-performing digital marketing teams.
- Advanced skills in platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360, Apple Search Ads…
- Solid project management and organizational skills, capable of handling complex, multi-market campaign structures and shifting regulatory requirements.
