Marketing Coordinator – LATAM (Spanish Speaking)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a bilingual (Spanish and English) Marketing Coordinator to drive marketing initiatives across the LATAM region. This role requires strong organizational abilities and cultural insight to effectively support campaign execution. The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact between regional stakeholders and the global marketing team, ensuring seamless communication and brand consistency across all marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Help plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other channels.
  • Ensure campaigns are relevant and effective for the LATAM audience.
  • Be the main contact for LATAM marketing needs, ensuring smooth communication with the global team.
  • Share insights and feedback from the region to improve strategies.
  • Work with design and content teams to create materials tailored for LATAM.
  • Use resources from the global team to ensure high-quality output.
  • Plan activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement in the region.


Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in marketing roles, focusing on campaigns.
  • Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Skills:
    • Organized and able to manage multiple projects.
    • Strong communication skills for working with international teams.
    • Knowledge of WordPress or similar content management systems is a plus.
    • Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools is a plus.
