Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliations of transactions between PSPs (Payment Service Providers), client banks, and internal platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile settlements and top-ups with banks and PSPs, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies and variances in reconciliations, investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of reconciliations and discrepancies, ensuring all issues are documented and tracked until resolution.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve reconciliation issues and discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of reconciliation procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reconciliation reports, highlighting key findings, trends, and areas requiring attention.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field will be considered as an advantage.
- Previous experience in financial reconciliation, accounting, or related roles will be considered as an advantage.
- Knowledge of Methodos Reconciliation System (MRS) will be considered as an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
