Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of IT infrastructure and networking systems.
• Support day-to-day operational needs for network connectivity, system uptime, and server performance.
• Work closely with senior engineers to support and understand the architecture of trading platforms.
• Participate in the configuration, deployment, and support of trading software, APIs, and data feeds.
• Troubleshoot platform-related issues, latency, and connectivity problems under guidance.
• Engage in a structured training program to become a Trading Platform Administrator, learning about trade flow, order routing, system logs, and platform integrity.
• Document technical procedures and maintain system operation manuals.

Job Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of networking (IP routing, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, etc.).
• Basic experience with Linux and/or Windows server environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in financial markets, trading platforms, or fintech operations.
• Willingness to learn real-time systems, market data infrastructure, and exchange connectivity.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant IT/networking experience.
