We’re thrilled to assist in the search for a UI/UX Designer (Japan) to contribute to their expanding digital presence.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing design projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with brand objectives.
• Creating visual assets for various digital and print platforms.
• Overseeing the development of branding materials, including logos, color palettes, and typography.
• Presenting design concepts and proposals for each project
• Designing wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Ensuring consistency and coherence in user interface design across all platforms and devices.
• Optimizing user flows and interactions to enhance the overall user experience.
• Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
• Advocating for user-centered design principles and advocating for the user’s needs throughout the design process.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and optimal user experience across all platforms.

Job Requirements

• Native Japanese Speaker.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
• Previous experience in FX business is a plus.
• Proficient in Figma and other relevant design tools.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong understanding of user experiences principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with English and Japanese fonts for bilingual design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in motion and animation for websites.
