Job Responsibilities
- Assisting with client withdrawals based on the Company’s thresholds
- Assisting with the processing and monitoring of deposit failures and resolving any PSP errors
- Assisting with the processing of payments through online banking systems of Banks and PSPs and ensuring that Payment Gateways are active and working properly
- Follow client’s funding requests in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures
- Assisting the Head of the Department with overviewing, checking, and executing client’s deposits into the Company’s relevant systems and platforms
- Assisting with the reconciliation of payment transactions
- Assisting with the effective implementation of Know your Client (KYC) procedure to all potential and existing Clients as may be required from time to time
- Assisting the Head of the Department in collecting the required information for the preparation of various regulatory reports related to the payments department
- Assisting the Head of the Department in resolving internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner
- Identifying and enhancing internal procedures, systems, and controls
- Communicating with other internal departments
- Taking initiative and communicating clearly to meet the department’s goals
Job Requirements
- University degree in economics/finance/business or in a related field (preferable but not a must)
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must
- Fluent in English – written and verbal (additional language will be a plus)
- Computer literate – very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment and on tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
