Auditor / Accountant (Hybrid Role)

We are looking for a motivated Auditor / Accountant with approximately 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role offering exposure to both audit engagements and accounting/bookkeeping work for a variety of clients.

The successful candidate will work closely with the firm’s management and will gain hands-on experience across both areas, with all work reviewed and guided by senior team members.

Job Responsibilities

Audit

  • Assist in audit engagements for various clients in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
  • Support the preparation of audit working papers and documentation.
  • Assist with basic audit procedures and testing of transactions and balances.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements under IFRS.

Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Assist with bookkeeping and accounting records for clients.
  • Record transactions and maintain general ledger entries.
  • Support the preparation of trial balances and basic financial reports.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes.

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in an audit or accounting firm.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Progress towards a professional qualification (ACCA/ACA) will be considered an advantage but is not required.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within both audit and accounting areas.

Technical Skills (Advantage but not mandatory)

  • Familiarity with CaseWare or similar audit software.
  • Experience with accounting systems or ERP software.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
