Job Responsibilities

• Daily update of the accounting records for the group of Companies.
• Verify the accuracy of data and data processing of accounting and bookkeeping-related information.
• Execute and record payment/bank transactions and ensuring they are accurately reflected in the accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and principles.
• Maintain good communication with both internal and external parties.
• Preparation of VAT returns.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field will be  University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the Financial, Banking or FX industry will be considered as an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP accounting software will be considered as an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Team member with the ability to cooperate with multiple parties.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues and resolve them effectively.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and tight deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Legally authorized to work in Cyprus (CY or EU nationals).
