Job Responsibilities
- Convert leads into active, funded clients through effective communication and personalized support.
- Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs, including revenue, client acquisition, and retention targets.
- Build strong client relationships by providing market insights and tailored solutions.
- Submit accurate daily and weekly reports on client activity, performance metrics, and lead status.
- Stay updated on Forex market trends and communicate relevant updates to clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field.
- Experience in sales or Customer Support in CFD, forex, stocks, crypto, real estate, and insurance industries is a plus
- Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent Tagalog skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in additional dialects or languages, such as Bisaya, Ilocano, Bicolano, or similar, is considered an advantage.
