Account Manager – LATAM

We’re thrilled to assist in the search for a Account Manager – LATAM to contribute to their expanding digital presence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Convert leads into active, funded clients through effective communication and personalized support.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs, including revenue, client acquisition, and retention targets.
  • Build strong client relationships by providing market insights and tailored solutions.
  • Submit accurate daily and weekly reports on client activity, performance metrics, and lead status.
  • Stay updated on Forex market trends and communicate relevant updates to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of forex sales experience
  • Experience with MetaTrader 4 and 5 trading platforms
  • Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis of financial markets
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or finance
  • Experience in professional customer service
  • Full-time availability
