Job Responsibilities
- Convert leads into active, funded clients through effective communication and personalized support.
- Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs, including revenue, client acquisition, and retention targets.
- Build strong client relationships by providing market insights and tailored solutions.
- Submit accurate daily and weekly reports on client activity, performance metrics, and lead status.
- Stay updated on Forex market trends and communicate relevant updates to clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of forex sales experience
- Experience with MetaTrader 4 and 5 trading platforms
- Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis of financial markets
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or finance
- Experience in professional customer service
