Job Responsibilities 

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring payroll and employee records are updated accordingly.
  • Maintain and update employee records and internal databases.
  • Prepare, review, and revise HR documentation, including employment agreements.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters such as benefits, leave policies, and entitlements.
  • Handle the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursement.
  • Develop training and onboarding materials to enhance the employee experience.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related concerns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee internal administrative arrangements, including travel coordination and expense processing.

Job Requirements 

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an HR Administrator, including payroll management.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR or a related field.
  • Experience working in the FX industry is a plus.
  • Experience working with BambooHR or any other HRIS is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel functionalities such as data validation techniques.
