We are working with a multi-regulated global CFD provider in the financial trading industry. As part of their ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in CFD/FX trading to lead critical initiatives and contribute to the continued success of their trading platform.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to oversee key projects, including the successful implementation of platform upgrades.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics that align with business goals and trading trends. Develop detailed project plans and roadmaps for successful execution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, development, marketing, and compliance, to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations.
•  Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks related to compliance, market fluctuations, and technical challenges.
• Ensure the trading platform meets the highest standards for performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with QA teams to implement rigorous testing protocols.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement through post-project reviews and lessons learned.

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in CFD/Forex trading platforms.
• Strong understanding of trading technologies, market execution, and risk management systems. Familiarity with trading APIs, algorithms, and third-party solution integrations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for engaging with stakeholders across diverse teams and global environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards in the trading domain.
• Experience working in a global environment with diverse teams.
