Job Responsibilities
- Incorporation of companies and all ancillary and related corporate administration including drafting of resolutions, minutes, letters as may be required. Communication and coordination with the Registrar of Companies, including learning to submit documents online;
- Participate in transactions which may require among others, review of constitutional documents, agreements, amendment to articles of association, court applications, applications to various authorities;
- Coordination with auditors, accountants, tax advisors and supporting transactions and legal engagements liaising with various parties;
- Drafting, reviewing of documents, agreements, or any other type of documents for regulated or unregulated companies;
- Participate in the Company’s regulated activity of offering fiduciary services as and when may be required and only following the managing partner’s prior approval;
- Contract management consisting inter alia of drafting and checking various documents, arranging translations when necessary, arranging signing with notarization and apostil when necessary, sending and filing paper and soft copies;
- Drafting legal opinions as requested, court appearance for company-related matters, as required.
- Being part of an existing team of lawyers and under the supervision of a senior associate
Job Requirements
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
- 0–2 years of experience in corporate / commercial law; fresh graduates from a UK university are also welcome to apply (preferably with a focus on company law)
- Strong interest in corporate administration, company incorporations, and transactional work
- Basic understanding of corporate and company law principles
- Good drafting and communication skills in English (Greek will be considered an advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow supervision
- Willingness to learn and develop within a structured corporate legal environment
