PSP Specialist

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to understand emerging payment trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics. 
  • Monitor payment success rates and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with PSPs to reduce transaction failures and improve user payment experiences.
  • Conduct analysis on payment methods preferred by local users and optimize the payment mix accordingly.
  • Ensure all payment processing is compliant with local regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal compliance teams to mitigate risks and prevent fraud.
  • Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Work closely with customer support teams to resolve any payment-related issues for local customers.
  • Assist in developing documentation and resources to address frequently asked questions or concerns about payment processes.
  • Track, analyze, and report key metrics related to payment success, user satisfaction, and cost savings.
  • Prepare monthly reports for management, including insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of payment data specific to the region, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing performance, market insights, and recommendations for strategic improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in offshore FX, or gambling business is a plus.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience working with PSPs or in payment processing.
  • Strong understanding of local payment methods and customer preferences.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills
