We are looking for a motivated Auditor / Accountant with approximately 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role offering exposure to both audit engagements and accounting/bookkeeping work for a variety of clients.
The successful candidate will work closely with the firm’s management and will gain hands-on experience across both areas, with all work reviewed and guided by senior team members.
Job Responsibilities
Audit
- Assist in audit engagements for various clients in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
- Support the preparation of audit working papers and documentation.
- Assist with basic audit procedures and testing of transactions and balances.
- Support the preparation of financial statements under IFRS.
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Assist with bookkeeping and accounting records for clients.
- Record transactions and maintain general ledger entries.
- Support the preparation of trial balances and basic financial reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes.
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an audit or accounting firm.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Progress towards a professional qualification (ACCA/ACA) will be considered an advantage but is not required.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Willingness to learn and develop within both audit and accounting areas.
Technical Skills (Advantage but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with CaseWare or similar audit software.
- Experience with accounting systems or ERP software.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
