We are hiring a QA Engineer on behalf of our client. The role involves supporting multiple digital projects, ensuring the quality and performance of both web and mobile products. You’ll work closely with the development team, carrying out manual and automated tests, identifying issues, and helping deliver reliable, high-quality releases.
Job Responsibilities
- Gathers, reviews and analyses business and system specifications
- Collaborates with Product Owners, and Developers to ensure the quality of a feature
- Designs and executes test cases and analyses results
- Conducts tests across systems, browsers and devices for Web and Mobile
- Creates logs to document testing phases and defects
- Reports bugs and errors to the Development Team
- Reports defects and assists in troubleshooting
- Conducts post-release/post-implementation testing
- Works with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Identifies key KPIs for product quality
- Prepares and presents reports and metrics to Senior Management
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or in a related field
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
- Working knowledge of test management software
- Familiarity in Agile ways of working
- Well versed in API testing tools like Postman, Swagger, SoapUI, WireMock
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Attentive to detail, methodical, diligent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact on a technical and non-technical level with stakeholders
- Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written
