Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining the stability and optimization of trading servers.
- Oversight of the trading operation aspects of the business.
- Ensure the seamless operations of all trading systems and servers.
- Implement proper integrations with LPs, Bridges and aggregation systems.
- Troubleshoot system issues, managing system upgrades, document processes and providing technical support for users.
- Make sure that trade execution follows the company’s execution policy.
- Measure the impact of trading features by conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Communicate with LPs and bridges providers to ensure the best pricing and execution.
- Implement controls, procedures, policies and systems to ensure efficient operations.
- Explore financial markets and propose new attractive assets for trading.
- Assist in the development or acquisition of risk management tools and systems.
- Set up and maintain new and existing financial products.
- Recruitment of new team members and ensuring optimal staffing levels.
- Assist in the training of relevant staff to ensure continuing competence.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in the CFDs industry.
- Fluent with MT4/MT5 platforms (DC, failover, access, backup & server configurations).
- Good knowledge of FIX bridges (FXCubic, PrimeXM, OneZero etc..).
- MT5 certification will be considered and advantage.
- Knowledge in SQL queries will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in the English language.
